At The Plus Kosha, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Return Eligibility

If your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, you may raise a request through the My Orders section on our website within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or any signs of use.

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

The Plus Kosha reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Process

Once a return request is approved:

1. Our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 2 business days from the date the return request is accepted.

2. After the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

3. Upon successful quality verification, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are typically initiated within 1 business day after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

• Once initiated, refunds generally reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Please note that actual timelines may vary based on the payment method used.

Refund Terms

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for eligible COD returns will be processed directly to the customer's registered bank account after successful quality inspection of the returned product.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account details for refund processing.

COD Advance Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders, an advance payment of ₹99 is collected at the time of placing the order.

Please note:

• The ₹99 advance payment is adjusted against the total order value when the order is successfully delivered and accepted.

• In the event of a return, refusal of delivery, cancellation after dispatch, non-acceptance, or failed delivery due to customer unavailability, the ₹99 advance payment is non-refundable.

• Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed only for the value of the returned product(s), excluding the ₹99 advance payment.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, delivery fees, handling charges, and COD-related charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Only the product value of eligible returned items will be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation within **24 hours of placing the order**, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Please note:

• Some orders may be processed immediately after placement and may therefore become ineligible for cancellation.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to The Plus Kosha or our logistics partners, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

• The Plus Kosha reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
