Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To provide the convenience of Cash on Delivery while ensuring efficient order processing, The Plus Kosha requires an advance payment of **₹99** for all COD orders.
How It Works

A ₹99 advance payment is collected at the time of placing a COD order.

This amount is adjusted against your total order value and is **not an additional charge**.

The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
Important Information

If the order is successfully delivered and accepted, the ₹99 advance payment will be adjusted against the final order amount.

If the order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, marked as undeliverable due to customer unavailability, or not accepted at delivery, the ₹99 advance payment will not be refunded.

In the case of eligible returns after delivery, refunds will be processed for the value of the returned product(s) only. The ₹99 advance payment will not be included in the refund amount.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
The Plus Kosha reserves the right to enable, disable, or restrict Cash on Delivery services for specific locations, products, or customers at its sole discretion.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the order, or customer unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process any applicable refund in accordance with our policies.
